28.-30.August Assen Classic Grand Prix

Dear All,

In two weeks, we are welcoming you all in Assen, we are looking forward to a great event together! Please find attached and below the latest information for the TABAC Classic GP Assen 28-30 August 2026.

Please find attached the time schedule for our fifth edition!

Private Testing:

On Friday we have the possibility to test in the morning form 08.30 AM-12.30 PM. The cost is €500,- per vehicle. If you are interested in participating, we would like to receive the following information:

·                 Car type

·                 Participating class

·                 Car number

·                 Invoice details

Passes:

For all drivers & riders we will have an envelope ready in the Welcome Centre up on arrival. Please make sure every single person has picked up their credentials before entering the paddock as security will start from Thursday morning on. Please find below a short explanation per pass/wristband & car pass.

• Paddock pass = Access to the paddock and grandstands
• Driver wristband = access to the paddock, pitlane and all offices.
• Track wristband = access to the paddock & pitlane.
• P6 VIP parking = parking just before the tunnel to the paddock on the right-hand side.  
• P9 Paddock parking = parking entering the paddock directly to the left next to the medical centre. 
• Working area parking = parking at the paddock/working area. 

Pit boxes:

We still have some pitboxes available, the rent is 425,- excluding VAT for the weekend. If you have reserved a pit box for the weekend you can pick up the key at the Welcome Centre up on arrival.

• Please note we charge a deposit of €100,- cash.

After the event you can return the key at Riders Info (ground floor of the tower next to pitbox 1) we will have your deposit ready to be picked up there as well.

Transponders:

Transponders can be picked up and returned at timekeeping (first floor in the tower)

• Friday morning from 07:30 hrs. – 17:00 hrs.
• Saturday morning from 08:00 hrs.
• Sunday morning form 08:00 hrs.

Please be aware the Circuit requests a deposit of €100,- (cash)

Tobacco Advertising:

One last but very important note: The advertising of tobacco is prohibited by Dutch law and needs to be covered during the entire duration of the event. Would you be so kind and tell all the teams and drivers in advanced. All cars will be checked accordingly by the scrutineers of the event before and during participating at the TABAC Classic GP Assen 2026.
